The 2012 Ford Mustang V6 is powered by a 3.7-liter engine produces 305 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque. The Mustang GT comes with a 5.0-liter V8 good for 412 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque. Both have a six-speed manual transmission as standard, while a six-speed automatic transmission is optional.
