Acabou a polêmica... ou aumentou ? Veloster não tem 140 cavalos.


Quando foi lançado aqui no Brasil, o Hyundai Veloster chamou muita atenção. Um carro com três portas, design diferente, apelo esportivo, bom pacote de itens e tecnologia não poderia passar em branco e logo conquistou o público jovem.

Mas uma questão também chamou atenção e foi alvo de questionamentos dos especialistas, a potência do motor. Tudo por conta da divulgação inicial das especificações técnicas, sendo prometido um Veloster equipado com motor 1.6 litros GDI com injeção direta de combustível. Após o alerta da imprensa especializada, a divulgação passou a ser o motor 1.6 16 válvulas sem injeção direta. Uma diferença enorme de tecnologia entre os dois tipos de motores.

Para tirar a dúvida de qual a real potência do motor, a Revista Full Power - especializada em carros de alta performance submeteu o Veloster ao teste do dinamômetro(equipamento com várias funções capaz de medir as rotações do motor e potência gerada). 

O teste no dinamômetro constatou o que todos desconfiavam, um rendimento abaixo dos 140 cavalos. A potência aferida chegou em apenas 121 cavalos.

A partir de agora a polêmica acaba ou aumenta.

Autoesporte revela novo Siena com projeção fiel do sedã que chega em março.

Com informações da Revista Autoesporte e projeções de Renato Aspromonte, editor do blog Murruga - Aspromonte Design, as imagens abaixo é do novo Siena que chegará em março. 

A projeção é fiel ao Fiat Siena e segundo a Autoesporte os detalhes foram obtidos através de imagens em 3D da versão final que chegará nas lojas.

O novo Siena é bem diferente do Palio e não deriva do compacto como em gerações anteriores, mas traz elementos como praticamente o mesmo painel. A nova geração do sedã não comportará motores 1.0 e versão Fire, mas haverá a opção de entrada com a atual carroceria EL 1.0 com pequenas modificações. 

A motorização contará com versões 1.4 Evo e 1.6 16V.

Dois Estados disputam a fábrica da BMW.


Depois de escolher o Brasil para fincar sua nova fábrica, a BMW parte para decidir em qual Estado da Federação vai ganhar a disputa para ter a linha de produção da poderosa marca alemã.

A BMW avaliou sete Estados e reduziu a escolha para dois, São Paulo e Santa Catarina. Os Governos dos dois Estados confirmaram ter fornecido para BMW informações referente a terrenos disponíveis.

Segundo a publicação alemã Automobilwoche, Santa Catarina teria ganho a preferência da BMW por oferecer custos de salários mais baixos. Mas vale ressaltar que São Paulo abriga a maioria das fábricas de veículos e é a unidade da Federação mais rica.
